| Shieldmaiden wot 2007-11-01 ch 1, | abuseHi! I'm Shieldmaiden wot. This was a really beautiful 'drabble'. I generally steer clear of drabbles because they're often bad, but this one was really nicely written. Minimalist but descriptive and flowy enough. The parallels in the 1st and 2nd parts (both lying in bed) are really great. Although I can't imagine kid Jake hugging kid Sam. :) one typo: the second-last sentence "she caused problems in purpose" (instead of ON purpose, I think) really confused me for a second. Maybe I'm just being slow. good job! |
