| Gray Cardinal 2007-11-13 ch 1, | abuseRunning quickly through all of these as the contest winds down... This is old-line classic soap opera as opposed to the more contemporary style, what with the narration (a little heavy-handed), the thickness of the angst, and not one but two actual onstage deaths that are clearly meant to stick. Five points off for "series finale" -- it's pretty much functionally impossible for a soap opera to actually end neatly, even when they're cancelled. However, the story as such is nicely staged. |
| Danny-171984 2007-11-05 ch 1, | abuseThat was pretty sad. I was a little confuse at the beginning because I thought it was a dating show or something like that. Also, you forgot to mention Yori on the girls that are in love with Ron. Anywho, it was a pretty sad tale with a deadly ending. Danny |
| daywalkr82 2007-11-02 ch 1, | abuseAh, the power of obsessive love. |
| RonHeartbreaker 2007-11-02 ch 1, | abuseNot bad. Unexpected end. In all honesty the lengthy exposition up front sorta slowed me down. But once I got into the actual "story" it picked up. RH |
| TexasDad 2007-11-01 ch 1, | abuseWell, that was certainly depressing, well written, but depressing. Stayed up way too late to read this and now I'm bummed. I'm going to bed now, maybe I'll watch some Duck Dodgers and get happy again. |
| Pharaoh Rutin Tutin 2007-11-01 ch 1, | abuseNot much "soap" here. But turn the dialogue into a libretto and this would make a classic opera. "So what did you expect in an opera? A HAPPY ending?" -B. Bunny |
| cpneb 2007-11-01 ch 1, | abuseKim, the jell;in' type? What are the odds? And, Tara's shrine...can we say FREAKY! Monique, and Bonnie, and he still doesn't have a clue? Poor Ron... But, Kim's 'if I can't have him, no one will' attitude? wow...but, at least they were together at the end... (tears) wild ride... ...cpneb |
