The correct spelling is "ankh", not "ank" or "ankn" as you have it.

There were no Hebrews in Egypt during the time Yami would have been king (dub or sub universe, take your pick).

And you have little understanding of the religion of ancient Egypt or how the king would have perceived himself or his status as semi-divine in nature.

You have not captured Yami's character nor his "voice" here, I'm sad to say.

I've often wondered what the Pharaoh thought of his own religion compared to those of the modern world. Excellent story, with a nicely put-together, unique topic. (This may be off subject, but it's nice to find a Yu-Gi-Oh! fanfic that isn't some weird pairing.)
