Mature. M not because of lemon and other smexy whatever, but truly serious and mature, wonderfully written. Well-thought, captivating descriptions, rich, lively words and the air of writer-knows-what-she-does.

OC. This is what Itachi needs. And on top of that, Lucia is a strong, clear individual, about which I'm sure you could write so much more - and in such a serious style. It's greatly appreciated to find a realistic OC. Really.

Itachi was very nice too. I enjoyed greatly your interpretation of his character, which was in fact incredibly close to manga creation, and my personal likes about him. And it was before it's been revealed he's good, more points to you. He was wordy, and yet curt. Enjoying simple pleasures. Doing only necessary things, respecting his time and energy. Detached, aware, thinking. All components needed. Not evil, smirking, possessed, just a complex human with a potential explored by you in great direction.

The "tough sell" for me are children, an idea not sitting well with me, but that's purely one's particular preference, not affecting the fact that the story is Good and worth following to the end. It's not everyday, after all, that in the vast fandom sea one finds SUCH Itachi.

I personally am a fan of Itachi, not so much as a fangirl, but because I honestly find his character intriguing and complex, with so many significant and insignificant layers. I think you wove the story together extremely well, no excessive details, and everything was disclosed at appropriate times. Your character building, particularly of Itachi, was also fantastic, you were able to paint him the way he is portrayed in the manga - sort of in washes of subdued colours, but with moments of almost intense detail.

I thought it was really good. I'd like to see more, Lucia's character is really interesting. You've probably heard this already, but I'm not a fan of uber-amazing OCs that sleep with Itachi. Ever. Except it works somehow this way. Keep up the good work, I hope to see more in the future.

I'm pretty interested in this story too. It seems like you have a solid OC, not just something you whipped up for a romantic intrest. Granted, this is very much a preview chapter so we can't see what sort of motives this... Lucia? has, but everything that has happened so far hints at her wanting to create a child with superior strength. That she ran across Itachi seems to just have been something of circumstance, but...

Anyways, delightful start, and I would be interested in seeing a few more chapters. But I also support the idea of finding out what's going to happen in the manga a bit more, so no rush. :3

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I am intrigued, anyway. I would like at least one more chapter, should you ever get around to writing one.
