OMG! I love your version of Heero's past. Both this one and the one that takes place when he is thirteen, which I have a feeling that you have re-posted around here somewhere. I truely love this. I mean Heero running through a forest at night with death behind and ahead of him. Still just a "normal" child, but also one who has lost everything in a violent near-holocaust. The insaine woman, the dead child, Dr. J's granddaughter, and Dr. J himself. Not to mention the leaches, the implied darkness, the exaustion, the fear, and the determination. You are able to weave such an intense picture, something that I can't, nor do I want to get out of my mind. You stories rank right up there with the best of the Gundam Wing fanfic writers, perhaps even at the top. I LOVE THIS STORY!
