Finally - someone who picked up on Presea's subtle distress when the Magic Knights tell her about Clef. Love dosen't have to be overt to be true - and I'm sick to death of people who assume just because there isn't a kiss fest, it dosen't mean they couldn't possibly be more than friends.

Well frankly...this just feels like a whole lot of words jammed together. It's attempt to be plotless fluff have failed miserably I'm afraid - the characters are very OOC (particularly the strong-willed Presea) and what this fic is lacking is character growth. I have read and enjoyed plotless things before, but the point in my opinion of writing is to watch characters develop and grow and learn. Im sorry if I seem harsh but unless your characters grow they have no depth, and in turn people loose interest quickly, feeling the writer has made no effort to convey anything to them.
Good luck in your writing - I'd be interested to see a Clef\Presea piece with a bit more substance. Remember to write what makes you happy, and not what someone else says you should. It might be best if you leave this couple until or if a story about them flows for you. Sayonara!

THANK YOU! I've been seeing way too many umi/clef fics, but barely anybody even cares that PRESEA AND CLEF MAKE THE BETTER COUPLE! Actually, my real argument is that there should be more umi/ascot fics, but, if there are more presea/clef fics, there'll be less umi/clef fics, and that leads to more umi/ascot fics! confusing, i know, but you'll get after a while.
