I liked it. Of course you can write lwd this was really good. But one thing how come Derek was cutting? Was it because he was afraid of telling their parnets?

Wow...this is so beautifull...the intensity of it, and the subtle, soft nature of it still present at the same time...it is perfect just how it is.
Its a one-shot, right? Another chapter would be nice, but really it seems finite and at the same time open-ended at the same time, just like the ending of a novel. Maybe you can make a "3 Months Earlier" or flashback scene to expand this, since it is so beautiful...how they got together,Derek's cutting, how Casey dealt with it, whether or not Emily and Sam founnd out, whether Lizzie or Edwin found out, perspectives of different characters, consequences...explore, explore.
