This story makes him much more well rounded and real. I think that you captured Grissom's reactions well also. How hard it must have been for him to have to deal with all the administrative details when the rug had just been pulled out from under him. thanks for a good story, anne

Your characterization is always right on, and you always seem to strike the perfect note of heartfelt emotion-- so that it always comes off the page honestly without being forced or ridiculous. I loved that you gave Ecklie a heart without making him a sudden superhero (him musing over whether taking Grissom down a few pegs would have ever been enjoyable was perfect).

I hope you had an amazing time walking the lines today, I'd love to hear about it sometime. I know it would never happen like this one the show because they don't have writers of your skill, which is a shame.
