Well, I have to say I am PRETTY SAD )-: after having opened your profile page just now. Sorry to say that but I am also very sure that your other readers will be too. I am waiting and waiting for an update of this excellent story, one of the very few believable and good thought out in LE/SS pairing - and just as I look if I am maybe not missing an update (or maybe some new story of yours), I see that you have abandoned this story, never even submitting a line to people like me waiting out there, hoping for the update, e.g. in a form of short author note in place of chapter 84 as authors usually do when they know they are not finishing the story (or publish sequels).

I mean, I understand that you have cjhanged your mind on not finishing it - I think to remember you wrote somewhere that you wanted to write stuff of your own and probably are doing it just now - or maybe you just somehow lost interest in writing in whole; that can happen to anybody, but it would have been nice to let your readers know.

So, end with my rant. This story shall remain one of my favourites anyway, but know that I deeply regret not being able to see the end of it.

I check your page every third day or so , I think, hoping that there would be an update. It's so silly and yet I keep on doing it and the closer it gets to the 1-year-since-last-update mark, the less hopeful I become and yet, I can't stop myself for checking the next time.

I must have read the story so many times that I think I have started reading ino stuff -like oh, that kid's Babylonian healing symbol will be used to heal Snape's Nagini bie , or, really, is this an anagram of the name, or hey, I didn't notice the last time that Lily hardly ever apologises.

Love your Narcissa - almost makes me wish for a Snape-Narcissa ship - funny , how Snape always ends up having a sad love-life. I really want to read a happy ending for him ( and for heaven's sake,not with Hermione - despite the fact that I have read Snape-Hermione fics - my mind keeps saying - no, no, it's wrong!).

I am all for Lily-Snape and Severitus fics. Please,please,please,update - this is the best and probably, only Lily-Snape novel-length fic worth reading - mus read actually. People wd turn Lily-Snape if they read this.

This was an extremely touching chapter. Somehow, I find myself sympathizing more with Narcissa's plight sometimes than I do with Lily's more brazenly expressed angst. Your plot regarding the Malfoys and how they are handling events are so very well written!

Huzzah! Lily could use a less judgemental ear. We'll see how this affects dynamics, however. Heh...

Definitely a heartbreaking chapter, especially knowing what's to come and what's likely the cause between the withdrawal...
