Aw, that was so sweet! I've never seen this pairing before and I confess I was a little wary when I first started reading. But you wrote it so well! It all worked out and I loved it. Wonderful job. Kira's emotions were especially vivid and realistic. And Ukitake definately loves him, which was so cute. I was surprised when it looked like he was gonna be all domineering, but then he wasn't really, which was sweet of him. Poor Kira couldn't have taken it. It would be awesome if you wrote a sequel following up on Ukitake's thoughts at the end. Again, marvelous job and keep writing, please!
