Okay, I skipped your story a lot of the times because the summary freaked me out, but I finally got the guts to read it. Anyways, this has a good, original plot made from an overused story. Such good quotes and meaningful sentences, stuff to learn from even the littlest things in here. Almost everything here is meaningful and I love it. Sure, everyone was OOC - but war and loss changes everyone, so it was pretty much a given. And sure, it was short and you could've put more, but it leaves enough for a reader's imagination. Parts of the story were dark and sometimes unbelievable, but it definately happens in reality. And the end, I couldn't of imagined a better ending for this story. It was sorta like the way SE Hinton ended her book. Oh, and I loved the letter Pony wrote to Dally. 10 outta 10, this is a wonderful story.

Like always, I completely skipped over the introduction of the chapter and everything, wanting to get right to the meat and missed that this was the last chapter, so it was a bit overwhelming when I realized... Having read all of them, I think this is definitely the best story you've written thus far on the site. It's truly excellent and I appreciated every minute of it. I anxiously look forward to your next story.
