jedipenguin 7/28/09 . chapter 1 Very nice view of both families. I especially like the way you've captured Elle with this one line: “What is love, Elle?” one of the psychiatrists disguised as a Company tutor had asked her once, and Elle had replied: “Not wanting to kill someone.” She still believed that. We never heard that line on the show, but I'm convinced she said it. It feels right (as does this entire fic). |
MochaCocaFan 9/9/08 . chapter 1Quite deep and eloquent, and I truly love it. |
Synch 7/23/08 . chapter 1Brilliant. Touching, a little strange, and poignant. I loved it. |
Enarra 2/11/08 . chapter 1This was really wonderfully crafted. |
Malvolia 11/26/07 . chapter 1I liked this a lot. You have a gift for character insight, and the parallels between the two company girls (and their fathers) were done very nicely. Never thought about Elle having trouble touching people before. Good fic. |
Tuathail 11/24/07 . chapter 1Ouch. Beautifully written and well-structured. I really enjoyed the way you brought the parallels together with the last few lines. Thanks for sharing! |
hellotheremynameisnicole 11/22/07 . chapter 1i love it! |
motylik 11/22/07 . chapter 1 The last part was the best. The last line killed me. Beautiful imagery all around. Poor Elle. Poor Clair. I hope you write more with these two because they're dynamic is awesome. |
