Now, first let me say that I don't mind sef-insert, I sort of write them myself, and that I am not untalented, I've written lots of stories and people like them. If you don't see any reviews for my stories that are at , it's because they drowned in the sea of stories that is . And that said - you know, I don't mind a person being merciless to cruel enemies that pursue them. But what Benji did to Ranko in 'revenge' is horrible. You probably think that it is nothing special or even is funny, but let me tell you, it isn't. Acute belly pains ans violent diarrhea are nothing to joke about. I have a chronic enteritis (inflammation of the bowel) and chronic biliary diskynesia, and sometimes I have nasty belly pains for MONTHS. These times, I couldn't fully concentrate on anything and often went to the bathroom, but it helped only a little, just as it was with Ranko. I am lucky that I have a good doctor, and even her medication took some time before it helped. Not to mention that recently my mum developed strong belly pains and diarrhea, and doctor that came to see her sent her to the hospital right away. It turned out that she had an acute pyelonephritis. The doctors in the hospital helped her very much, and now she's well, but I was terribly worried for her in the beginning, you know. So I know very well what Ranko must have felt. It is much worse than nausea, believe me. I have nausea often too, but it doesn't bother so much and departs relatively soon. And a person who inflicts such sufferings on another person as Benji did to Ranko isn't a friend at all, but a cold cruel egoist. You say that he is a werewolf and free from human morals - well, too bad, because I think he now has the worst qualities of both animals and humans. Because, you know, if an animal is scratched by its pack mate, it won't leave it tainted meat on purpose. It will scratch the pack mate back and forget all about the incident. Oh, and you know, violent diarrhea causes dehydration, and dehydration can lead to DEATH. That was what the doctor was fearing when he sent my mum to hospital. If it was just normal diarrhea, I would understand. But THAT was horrible. I now have belly pains from just imagining what Ranko felt. This thing made me quit reading your story, and I won't ever read your stories again.

Good idea, original outline, fairly well written. Could have been MUCH better without the self insert.

This is a Ranma fic, but I barely see any progress in Ranko. What type of future will she have??

I love this story and the different take on things.
I agree with Benji there are perks to being a werewolf.
Ranma losing the 'curse' would be a tragedy for him.
Although Ranma seems to think a cure will solve all his problems, the curse gives him a kind of freedom!
She can see the world from different place, and people treat her differently.
A lot can be learned from that side of life, and after all this time 'Ranko' is truly part of Ranma.
Losing the curse, or splitting off into Ranma and a sister (as some stories have) Ranma loses a part of himself
that few others would ever have the freedom to experience.
Twice as much out of life.

Really good chapter, wish it would have had a little bit more of Ranko in the story though. Also wanna know what happened to Nagisa, since you never told.

About Sailor Moon crossover Take 2:

Does this all happen before or after Shaffron?
I'm asking this because if it's after, Ranma/Ranko could own the Staffs of Ascension.
They could be formerly Earth or Moon Kingdom weapons (of some kind).


As for a place to point them to, maybe a other crossover like Techi Muyo?
Them attacking Washu would be funny.

ps: Any Cardcapture (or Nuku Nuku, ect, ect) in the story?
If only to make Benji his head hurt (a lot).

Just some thoughs of mine:

- Why doesn't Ranma change more often or is at least mentioned that he did or so?
There was even episode that WARM water seeked Ranma out when he wanted to stay in
his female form as well cold in his male form. It's a curse for a reason. And when
he changes from female to male 'her' clothes would hurt a lot when he changes back
to male.

- O.o Ranma interessed in men!?! First and foremost Kuno and Mikado traumatized
him enough as his reactions are and and the end of manga/anime he still is the
Ranma we know. And that seems to proove it that it doesn't change the mind enough.
There are springs that effect the mind though not many.

- Just am curious if you want to have Ranma permanetnly being a girl ^^U wonder
if you can imagine as any bloddy male to go and now love a man ? As you want
Ranma to do? Hope I misinterpreted something ther please! 9.9
