Olga Vulkavitch? Is that the Russian redhead from Seven Days? Sorry I can't review this properly - I don't know the universe well enough to know what's going on. The bits and pieces I do understand, though, are fascinating.

Power's very tempting. I know that H.E.A.T.'s the good guys but power is very tempting and I like the way you admited that.

Elsie has every right to be scared to death, but it was nice to see her conquer her

fear and go on to save the day. Reminds me of the old saying: "With great power

comes great responsibility." Which Nick already knows about. As do the Ghostbusters. Egon's comment about psychics, mages, unconventional scientists facing persecution was especially poignant and sad. Keep up the great work!

I love it! I know how hard it is to write in first person... I was never any good at it. You did it marvelously, getting all the characters down perfectly, especially Elsie's internal voice. And it's quite a moving story as well... Poor Elsie. You can tell how hard it is for her... Bravo!
