This was really sweet, and I would love to see more of this universe - when it's just Jake and Mickey defending their world from the aliens, and not have Rose and Jackie suddenly pop in on them; that changes the dynamics quite a bit, and we don't get to see what it was like when it was just Jake and Mickey against the rest of the bad guys. Loved this.

Jake defending Mickey's honour is so romantic and I love the banter between them (as well as the Torchwood references. I'm a sucker for anything even remotely related to it!). Simply delightful! And the issue of Mickey-is-not-Ricky is handled perfectly. :D
