The Ginyus try so hard, yet they just can't help their inbred bumbling antics and insensitivity - especially Ginyu. He really reminds me of a friend of mine (who is a total conspiracy theorist). Ginyu's spotlight, brief as it was, was utterly perfect and frequently hilarious: "If I’d had a son… and I was ok with him being orange… well… no… he probably still wouldn’t be you…"

Aww, Cap'n, I nearly shed a tear at that touching speech. Only Ginyu would choose that point in time to start being brutally honest.

But despite the Ginyu squad's amusing antics, I feel really quite bad for Jeice who seems to have one foot in the grave. The mix of humourous and forlorn tones works wonderfully well together - the reader's guard is lowered when he/she laughs, thus the impact of a more melancholy passage is reinforced. Anyway, the story remains my favourite DBZ fic to date and I hope to see more soon ;D

This is one of the best fanfics I've ever read(and I read alot) I have it printed out into a book so I can read it like a real novel ('cause I hate real novels) oh please please finish it, its been driving me crazy for the last... 3+ years. It's so good and I would kinda know how it ends... So if youre still out there somewhere and you read your reviews please just write a little more. Thank you for such a wonderful story, you are truly a talented author.

This is a lot of fun - it makes the Ginyus into sympathetic characters without warping them so far that their canon appearances (what little there are) are no longer in character. I'd very much like to see this continued.

Wow. This is possibly one of the best fanfictions I've ever read. You really let us see into the characters and undestand them. I really feel bad for Jeice, he has all these bad things happening to him all he time. I just wanna hug him. And that Cell thing with the lie detector? Wow. I can't wait to see what happens!
