I love the subtleties you give Aya and Ken's relationship. Your stories always seem to twist my heart a little. They leave me momentarily disarmed. I like that feeling :)

I heart your stories. I mean...golly-gee wiz. That was *something*. Once again I repeat all that stuff about dialouge and characterization I said about 'The Small Things'. Aya and Ken together like this just makes me bubbly inside. And my heart bleeds for Ken. The way you analyzed and brought to light his temporary insanity felt real. And I also like how Aya and Ken have both grown over the years.

"Something Unexpected" is a good name for my reaction to this fic. I REALLY liked it. I've never gotten into Aya/Ken before, but their dynamic is so different in Side B than in Weiss that I decided to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this fic. I adore how you've written both Aya and Ken and addressed their past as well as how they've changed and grown. Very nice piece.
