Ok I have a confession to make. I read this... yesterday I think and I didnt review it. I know it is terrible so I am going to do it now to make up :)
But I love it! It was just so funny!
I think that your right and everyone with half a brain can see that Derek and Casey have sexual chemistry and UST! But I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Ralf! He reminds me of Bevin from OTH who seems a bit slow but says what people are really thinking :P
The best chapter has to be the last one when Casey caught him with the lotion and tissue it was beyond funny!
And of course Casey would want to use protection. It's Casey :P
Ok I'm gonna end this long review and say you have done a great job!

see, i'm totally evil like derek in that i tend to make already awkward situations even MORE awkward, but usually i'm the one plotting to make a guy stay seated with a blanket ;) heehee, the girls i hang with are simply evil. i mean strip poker and then all sharing a bed? downright cruel. but, i digress as i am rambling about completely irrelivant stuff that my gutter mind just happens to think funny!

so, movign forward, i think teh story's great so far and i actually don't despise this version of sam. and ralph, well, ralph is ralph - 'nuff said. can't wait to see what happens!
