Received brutal training for 3 years and still being able to be an optimist. Good thing he did not become another Sasuke. Can't have that now can we. As for his skill level, although he's around Itachi's skill level, you made it believable, with how he trains, as well as his intriguing blood limit. Body mimicry? Don't think i've ever heard of that one before. And i'm definitely amused when it comes to Naruto giving nicknames to those he interacts with. Kakashi the idiot? LOL! Anyways, good story mate. Keep it up and update soon!

Vassago-Toxicity 2008-02-16 ch 2,	abuseI don't think I've ever read a fic that has Naruto actually giving nicknames that suit everyone, and make them so easily identifiable. So, Naruto knows who his mother and father are, that he has the Kyuubi sealed inside him, and his mind is also rather deep in the gutter of perverts. Rather good story if I do say so myself. Well, I can see how he's influenced by each person. Ibiki (Baldy) and Anko (Crazy Lady) made him a little more sadistic -- as shown by his willingness to use Interrogation on kids. Kakashi (Idiot) made him a bit less oblivious with his pervertedness (is that a word?) -- as shown by his understanding of innuendo. Some of Itachi's (Weasel-mask) calm, collected, logic (ever if he isn't so in canon[fucking weirdo]) attitude rubbed of on him, making him less hyperactive. Kurenai's (Nice Lady) affection affected him by making him want less acknowledgment from everyone, and instead just from a few people. She and Itachi basically 'removed' the hyperactive attention seeking part of him.
