CH 1.
1; XD Bras. Oh god. "Would you rather I examine the real thing?" Laughter galore, I loved that line. Your writing is exquisite.
2;; MELLO'S SO VAIN AND AWESOME. XD He freaks about the scar deforming his face, so like him, really. Poor Mello.
3;; I don't think it makes him look ugly, either. Sort of mysterious...ish. XD All that leather must be awfully warm.
4;; /WRIST!! Mello's so impulsive, although he's always aware of his actions. =/
5;; Am I weird for thinking colds are cute? XD Yes, yes I am. I love L. He's so observant, so detective-esque. I like what you did with this.

CH 2.
THE INNOCENT BOY AND THE SMUG BOY! That fits them so perfectly.
You got chess down perfect, and you've never played it? XD Geeze, even I couldn't do that.
Which words...? Hmm, I don't know, I fail at vocab. XD

CH 3.
LOL YOU BOTH USED MELLO AND MATT FOR THE SAME ASSIGNMENT, THAT'S PURE GOLD, MAN. Absolutely PERFECT. That fact just made me smile. Er, grin widely. XD
AND OMG, POETRY. THAT'S AMAZING. I loved this. A lot.
I wish I was your teacher. XD
Again, I have no idea with vocab... because I'm a really dumb fifteen year old. AND... I think Roger's character was good, but how would I know? I'm a newbie to this fandom.

CH 4.
Mello x Matt is like, practically canon anyway.
KEG PARTY, WOOHOO! Because who doesn't love Keg Parties?
I love the character interation, it was spot-on here... but it pretty much has been throughout the entire fanfic.
It was adorable near the end. XD

OKAY, DONE READING NOW. xD I usually don't treat reviews like freaking mini NOVELS--actually, I never have before.
But this was so awesome that I couldn't help it. AND I wanted to like... make up for my reviewing eight months late?

Hmm, I really liked the Mellocentric ones, about his scar. They were extremly sad, but fairly IC. Poor guy.

There's something about the words, "Mello" "Matt" and "Keg party" together that makes a person dash to click the link like a pervert who just found the holy grail of internet **. And I can't believe that more people haven't reviewed this: you write very well. The only thing I didn't like was the footnotes because I felt they were a tad distracting, but that's just me. ^^;

As for the drunk scene being unrealistic, I got to tell you, I've been drunk, and I've chilled with drunks, and you got it down pretty well. For example, when Mello said, "I fuggin love 'ou," I laughed because it reminded me of my favorite stage of drunkeness: the warm gooey affectionate phase when you cut people off to ramble on about how much you love them. XD

All in all, very good. I'm going to go read the previous chapters, and hope to keep in touch with you!

Mello really should NEVER do poetry again-- never, it doesn't suit him. But it's funny to picture him breaking out in random poetry^^ How could they have a part and NOT invite Near?!?! That's like a crime! I definately wouldn't go then! Yeah... anyway... No offense, but MattxMello... eww. Yeah, other than that, cool story!

Good story. Near is so cute, and so is L! I especially like the part when Light has a cold, and then in the end he coughs all over L's cake. It was so random and silly, but funny. So I like it^^
