I am not even sure if you will get this since I believe this story was written awhile ago. But I had to try. I was a huge Moonlight fan and since the show was cancelled have been reading every fic I can get my hands on. I just recently discovered this site and your awesome story. I wanted to tell you that this was one of the best, possibly the best Moonlight story I have read. I read this whole thing in just a few nights, staying up WAY past my bedtime because I couldn't bear to leave it during one of your cliffhangers. I read your notes as well and I was very happy that I didn't have to wait for the posts. Anyway, as you were always saying how much you like reviews, I really wanted to let you know what a wonderful story it is. I am going on to "I, Josef, Immortal", which I am sure I will enjoy just as much. Can you tell me if you have written anything else? I love Moonlight the best but also, have you written any other fanfic? Again, thanks for sharing your talent and writing this great story!

I just finished you entire story and I loved it. I was so disappointed the show didn't return for season 2. Josef was the perfect sire for Beth and her reasons made perfect sense. Loved the Cleaners character in the story!

I just finished this whole story and I have to say that it was fantastic. I loved reading every chapter. I think this story was much better than any episode the show ever had. Since the show is no longer in I would say this is a fitting tribute to a show that was taken off the air way before it's time. You did an excellent job with all the characters in the show. Every single one was exactly how the they were in the show which made the story very easy to read and picture in my head. I hope to read more from you in the future. Again, excellent work.

I had hoped you would be bringing Sara back for Josef...he so deserves her, actually those two deserve each other and I want them together!
I think this fic is amazing...I nearly didn't read it!
I had read some other fics of yours before, opened this one and read parts of the first chapter, but it just didn't really get my attention. So I began reading other fics, and I kept finding, in those author's favorites, your story. So after a while I finally decided to see why so many people liked it, at first I wasn't convinced if it was all that good, I think the beggining was a bit slow, it was until the 'link went south' that I truly got interested in this fic, and from then I've read nonstop. (Except to when I practically had my laptop pried from my hands to sleep for the night).
Just hoe much of a sequel is the 'I, Josef, Immortal' fic going to be. I mean, I adore Josef, and think he's an awesome character, and yet I find it hard to read a fic when it doesn't have some plot related to what we've seen in the series. In other words, I would love to read that, if at some point it connected with what I'm more familiar with. I also think it would be interesting if you decided to rewrite the rest of the season with the needed changes considering Beth is now a vampire (obviously it would follow a diferent timeline, but I think it could be done).
Also, if you happen to tell me Sara would come back for your sequel, and I mean in the future, waking up, and not only in memories of what happened 50 years ago, that would be a big incentive to read your story. So that's that.
Congratulations on your awesome story!
I LOVED IT!

Just found this story. Read the entire fic. Wonderful! Not only was the romance between Mick and Beth excellent...but I loved the relationship that grew between Beth and Josef. Only thing that would have improved this fic would have been to add a little more smut to it...but that is just my tastes. I'm a smutty gal. And vampires just make me squee!

Hey dear, it's great to see you again! *hugs* How have you been?
As for me... school and more school. And my first NaNoWriMo!! It was pretty epic.

Y'know, I think authors should post their "deleted scenes" more often; they're all part of the writing process. This was quite entertaining to read.

I look forward to future posts, whenever they happen. ^_^

AH! Sque! You are the very best EVER!

That was brilliant, funny, perfect! The one-liners throughout were hysterical.

Thank you!

First of all...it's so good to see you back among the writers. I've missed you.

This was an interesting little look-see into to the cleaning crew.

LOL! Go Fish!

I love, Love, LOVE this story and thanks for adding this little tidbit so that I could find it! At first, I wasn't sure I liked the idea of Josef being Beth's sire, but she did have good reasons behind her decision, and in this case I think it was a good one (you see, I'm a total MickBeth girl, so I don't like it much--usually--when writers cavalierly write that Beth's affection so easily switch from Mick to Josef. I know ErisFury is a great writer, but that was one thing about her story that disturbed me a bit. I mean no disrespect to her, because in the end, I liked her whole series. I just never saw Beth or Mick as ever being that fickle with one another, nor did I see Josef as being that dismissive. Sorry, I've gotten off the topic here. Just let me say that I loved this story and I like how you so expertly tied all the threads of it together. You should be very proud and thank you for helping me to feed my Moonlight Addiction. I don't think I'll ever be able to overcome it at this point.

You've written this so well, and I didn't think it was at all smutty. The two of them are just desperate because they've almost lost one another and you've communicated that very well. Wonderful job!

I haven't been reviewing every chapter just because I haven't wanted to take the time to do it. This story's been wonderful and the way you demonstrate an action scene from so many different points of view is amazing! Again, I am so glad I discovered this story now (because I don't have to wait for updates or suffer through your agonizing cliffies!)and so glad that you decided to fill in a missing scene so I could find it. I'm through with all the action scenes now (big breath) so now I just have to make it through recovery Phew! I'm glad I made it!

Wow. the tears are just pouring down my face, for that poor family and for Josef too. He's not as reflective and self-abnegating as Mick is about this stuff, but I think it will have and affect on him if/when he comes back to himself. Poor Josef.

2009-01-05 . chapter 19
WOW. These last few chapters were so powerful, I don't even know what I can say. Mick, Beth and Josef have all been through so much . . . and it will obviously take more than physical strength to deal with. It sounds like Mick needs to rally some troops . . . but who do we even know at this point in the story? No Ryder, no Logan, not even Coraline and her psycho family (maybe in this case, it'd be worth having them around--yikes!). I'm really looking forward to seeing where this will all go. Thanks so much for this. It really is amazingly done. At least the Sci-Fi channel seems to be broadcasting season one. I wonder if they'll pick the show up for a season two? We can only hope . . .

I just had to say that I love this description of Mick's smell: "He smelled wonderful, like old, leather books, rainy afternoons, and horseback riding in pastures. Clichés, Beth knew, but it was all she could think of. Mick just smelled like a gentleman. A handsome gentleman. Her handsome gentleman."

It just seems perfect, especially when I think about the perfection of his library--I covet his bookshelves. They are classic, but with a hip sort of twist, just like him. Great chapter altogether . . . and I'm on to the next.
