Imagine what if 2008-03-31 ch 10,	abuseAs I read your chapter 10 I really started to panic. You see, I am finishing up my latest (and probably final) story. I had a STRONG feeling that Mark was the guy and I think that you did a superb job making him out not to be a "user", trying to get Rachel in bed, but a guy she happened to know and happened to be "available" when she needed someone. You scare me. I don't know you. We've never met but when we write ... we write like we've talked and shared story ideas. In this chapter you gave Mark the surname "Robinson". I wrote my finale to my current story a year ago (in preparation for finishing it). I gave Mark a VERY similar surname, in fact, I panicked and found myself pulling up my epilogue just to make sure you hadn't used the same one. While they are very similar they are at least a little different, whew! I found this chapter to be VERY interesting ... the tables have indeed turned. Before it was Ross who got drunk and did something stupid ... now it is Rachel's turn. The only "wildcard" is the fact that Ross seems to be very sick. Rachel will surely feel horrible when she finds out that not only has she cheated on him ... but that he is also in a bad way (at least partially because of her). I am left with one important question: Assuming Ross recovers from whatever is wrong with him ... will he bail on "them" like she did, when he made his terrible mistake? I hope he is more forgiving than she was when he needed forgiveness. Imagine what their future would have been like ...

I wonder how Ross is going to react when he finds out and evnethough Rachel slept with Mark I feel sorry for her. She had no clue what she was doing and now she is so guilty. You have to update soon. I have to say, I'm a R&R fan, through and through, but the way you described Rachel's feelings when she woke up after sleeping with Mark, sounded just like Ross. Now, being Italian, I'm certainly for "an eye for an eye". But I have to say, I'm looking forward to how Ross will react since we know he'll find out. Good going!

Imagine what if 2008-03-04 ch 9,	abuse"Ross wanted to shower her with all the love and caring in the world, but the last time he tried to do that, he ended up losing her. Well, he wasn’t about to make the same mistake again. He needed Rachel. If this is what Rachel wants, then that’s what he’ll give her." This is the key to the whole story ... this is why she thinks of him as distant. I hope the guy at the end is Ross ... but I'm a fan of the angst and want (for some bizarre reason) to believe that it is Mark. That being said I think it's Mark.
