Now that is a very interesting idea on the events leading up to the first episode. I was always a big fan of The X-Files, and reading this has brought back a ton of memories. The characters were true to form, and the writing was very well done. Thanks for brightening up my evening!

WOW. This was good. Especially for being your first fanfic...I must admit I'd never thought about Mulder possibly hearing rumors that he would be pared with Scully, before he was. Although this was short, it made me stop and ponder the possibilities.

Wonderful. So rarely do we get to experience 'Pre-Scully' Mulder, and you handle it so gracefully.

One thing I love was Mulder's description of Scully, it was so beautifully told without being in the least bit degrading to her. Just like Mulder is/was later; very respectful.
