Superb start!

A very original story and an absolute pleasure to read - it captivated me from start to finish and your characterization of Snape and David is spectacular. Lovely language all around, especially the last line.

That was a rather well written way of bringing Snape back. I don't doubt that, given his cause of death, he'd haunt the grounds in canon. Fun story. Thanks!

This has been a pleasure to read, beginning to end (I had intended to review all the chapters, but my internet connection has been strangely temperamental, going in and out...). In any case, I'm eager to read the sequel.

The second sight thing was an interesting twist, and I love how you write David--he feels so much like a complete, fully-fleshed out character.

Wow, I was definitely not expecting Harry to have taken in Snape's memories, and yet in a way it really fits (I have to admit the embrace as magical anchor seemed a little over the top, even as much as I'm all for gooey Harry/Snape interaction).

I know the mirror is cruel (well not willfully) but it didn't seem to be in this fic until now...

Wow what a great story. I loved it, it's not just one of those romance pieces(that I fully admit to overindulging in). It's an entirely new take, and Severus was done amazingly, it's not that he is suddenly mushy but he's no longer in fear of what his emotions can reveal. I really liked this story so much I can't even tell you. so I'll just say thanks.

A very appropriate ending. As long as Snape is earthbound, he can take the most advantage of his condition and have some experiences he was denied in life, including the possibility of friendship.

Harry and Severus might end up as friends, afterall.
