this is a good fic.if you plan on continue it in some way a suggestion is to crossover call of duty 4 modern warfare it would be awsome.

I'm going to read this, but I wanted to remark upon your disclaimer / author's note.

I like the idea of a what if Harry had lost that trial. I just wanted to point out that no where did it state Figg SAW the dementors. She can't as a Squibb. What she did do was describe the effects of their presence. Something she knew what it meant, and muggles don't, by being a squibb and something the wizards and witches in the courtroom would recognize as dementors.

Of course, Fudge could dispute her honesty and claim she was coached by Dumbledore, or some such.

I like it.
The image that really stayed with me was Harry walking the streets of Hogsmead in his utilities and completely at peace with himself and not concerned with anyone's opinion much less Malfoys'.
I also like the fact that you left it open-ended with some questions still unanswered. Is Harry going to stay with the military? Is he going to take the PM's offer as intermediary between the Muggle World and the Wizarding World. That is even if the Wizarding World would even accept the idea of "THEIR" Chosen One working for a *gasp* Muggle. No matter how powerful the British Prime Minister is.
Nice touch at the very end - revealing that the Death Eater that he wounded that night was Draco.
You definitely have enough questions to continue this fic if the mood struck. But it is complete as it is and leaving the questions to the reader's imagination is a legitimate way to end it.
