I like the way you write these two. Sensitive and festive but never too sickly sweet. That's usually been my problem with Christmas fics, too sugary and not enough spice. This was lovely with enough of the sadness that would normally come with such a family holiday, so, no I didn't think it was too sad. I think it strikes a right balance with Anna's character (who has lost all of her family).

This was again a lovely read! I hope you keep writing and you most certanly have to keep at the multi-chapter fic you were talking about.

Aw, that was such a cute story! I rather do like those Gabriel and Anna's first christmas kind of stories...it's a nice alternative to Anna being dead!

Anyways, cute story and definately appropriate for the season!
