Wow, I'm at a total loss of words. Personally I liked the first part better, it kept me questioning. But this one was amazing! I prefer this ending instead of the real one... ;) I loved everything in this story, you're a terrific writer, keep it up!

those are two wonderful stories! full of emotions which you really good describe, so that i could feel part of it. i want to thank you, that sara and grissom are able to come back together in both stories.

Very nice. I personally don't see her taking a permanent break from the lab, but this is an interesting take on it. I did cry, and I certainly wish she hadn't actually left, but in my mind she isn't gone. She'll be back, and we WILL get a happy kiss. :D:D

Oh, my. Wow. This was, in a word, amazing. I just read the first one, too, but I didn't want to take the time to review - I had to get to this story! I really, really loved it. You wrote Sara's gradual break beautifully; I love the way you made Grissom the one happy part of her life. I think my favorite thing you've done was to have her go back to Grissom instead of running away. It really works - she can still have her time away (he did say she was visiting her mother), but we know that she's coming home to Grissom within a reasonable amount of time - as opposted to the open-ended way they've left it on the show.

Ok, I think I'm rambling. But, basically, I loved this. I think it's my favorite thing you've written.

What a powerful story. I as completely wrapped up in it. Your description of Sara's struggles hurt my heart. I'm so gald that you had her returning to Grissom. I thought that his reaction seemed quite relistic and I was glad that he gave her his full support while admitting that his running away to Waldon College was wrong. I hope that we get a happy ending on the show but who knows. this is a really good piece of story telling. thanks for sharing, anne.

This was so very dark. Your words conveyed the utter darkness & Despair that Sara was in.

I loved Gil's despiration when he lept out of the chair when Sara turned to leave again.

I could actuall feel the tone lighten, as Sara began her journey of healing.

You have a gift of words...
