Fish the Impaler 2007-12-05 ch 1,	abuseMUST STOP INSISTING ON READINNG THINGS A MILLION TIMES BEFORE REVIEWING Uh, this is pretty good. The basic situation is very interesting. Problem: notice how Kalli calls the last attack on Robotnik "the bigger issue"? This is the key engine driving a central character and most of the players in Knothole, and everyone just forgets about it. Some of the details of characterization are off. I don't buy Knuckles as a self-deprecating sarcastic, but hell, I guess all your protagonists have to be self-deprecating sarcastics, so that goes. Sally I don't think seems tense or deranged enough for someone who has just seen three of her best friends brutally murdered and has the fate of her entire civilization resting on the next twenty-four hours--she either will not be messing around with Knuckles, or will be under far greater tension while she does it. Later plot details, like Rouge and the wrench, come out of nowhere. I think this is a really good hook that could have used some more characterization prep and planning at a very early stage. Other than that, though, it's great.

Tha Kalligrapha 2007-12-04 ch 1,	abuseAn impossible downer, and none of the people who died deserved it in the slightest. Very simple, maybe overly such (kinda wish you'd run with the bigger issue: "the final move"), but undeniably humorous - in a sick and twisted way, of course - very thorough, very emotional, and I loved your characterization of Knuckles: the gullible dumbass who can't stand being told he's a gullible dumbass. Extremely worldly issues being dealt with here; gritty; a page-turner all the way. Extra points for using Rotor. Description's maybe a bit too vague, but it's a oneshot so you're forgiven. Plus, every guy's experienced this sort of shit before: bitches running wild. Definitely relatable in parts, to an extent. Four stars.

Summer: I have to admit this is absolutely faultless and exactly what I look for in a story. You kept me hooked and you kept me surprised. So pretty much this was absolutely brilliant. The description was so clear and simple that I got lost in the characters and Knuckles’ thoughts. At first, I doubted your characterization on Rouge’s part, but then I remembered that in “Knothole” (which I assume is the Comics) Rouge enjoyed seducing the other characters (ex. Evil Sonic, Sonic, Locke). I also enjoyed that Sally Acorn got what was coming to her. I hate Sally Acorn for reasons that are not perverse and completely selfish. Indeed, this was a lovely Christmas present and I simply love you. Gullible Knuckles is so brilliant in this because he hasn’t a clue what is happening and throughout the plot starts to become a real man (thinking with his penis). Marvelous, marvelous! Bravo! Yea, I’m eating it up. You knew I would. Fav-line:"I also feel pretty bad about beating Princess Sally to death, but she was a bitch, and I've lived through worse." LoveShine, R.
