There is a tendency to treat Lee as little more than the "other half" of Starbuck, with him going completely adrift or dying once she's out of the picture. Not so here. Here Lee comes into his own, slowly but surely building his own life outside the familiar confines of what we have seen to date. It is a slow, laborous process, as is any life worth living. This is, in short, a very well written and well thought through story. I hope it continues soon. |
