Arysani 2008-06-21 ch 1,	abuseFunny how I thought I was the only one upset that Garrus never gets any lovin'. I mean, he's a humanoid, so it's not like it's COMPLETELY impossible...O_o I really enjoyed this - an "almost" just partway into the journey. And I still remain convinced that the first time I played ME through, that I left a conversation with Garrus, and he says "Commander?" and you turn to face him and "Yes Garrus?" and he says "Nevermind." Granted, because every time after that I did do his little side-quest, maybe it was all about not getting enough info from him to delve into that side-quest the first time around, but it still felt...like there was "something" there... So obviously a big fan of anything Shep/Garrus, and I hope you'll write more, because this is very well paced.

I'm thinking about doing a Gaarus fic of my own and I share your frustration in not having Gaarus as a romance choice (we should go to bioware and make them create a version of Mass Effect just for us!). Anyway, nicely written and I love your descriptions!

Lahara 2007-12-10 ch 1,	abuseWow! I get to be the first reviewer! I'm so honored you mentioned my fic, and that it inspired you to write! I think it was well written. I mean, everyone's idea of Shepard is going to vary because everyone will play him/her differently, so the internal thoughts and motivations of Shepard in writers is going to vary to. Might be an interesting thing to add though, that even though Shepard is you know, tough war hero chick and all... she still gets nervous around relationship stuff. Just a thought. Garrus seems pretty much right on... thought to be honest off the top of my head I don't remember how he reacted to the rachni queen. I think he was concerned prior to her release because I think he mentioned their history... Garrus is a little complex but not terribly so once you break it down. I think you've got his personality great for a one shot though. It's mostly centered around Shepard and her thoughts, so his actions look about right on. Interesting take on the femShepard/Garrus!! If you want to write more or other stuff I totally support you. Keep up the good work!
