Over the past few weeks I have treated myself to a re-read of this fic. Read a couple of chapters everynight while lying in bed. Your fic is fantastically orcistrated and every little detail is carefully thought out. It is clear you have spent alot if time on this so far and it has paid off. I can't wait to see how it all ends. Although I have my own thesis on what's gonna happy. Anyway keep the good writing up

AWESOME! I was wondering when alex would learn that kasumi didnt have a bf. Man having hitomi around sure livened things up and boy if she sticks around for a while i cant wait to see what happens if seiji gets to meet her. Oh and alex's mom knows...yeah that is gonna be one wierd convosation at the dinner table. Keep it up dude.

Hitomi is certainly having fun with Alex and Kasumi, an excellent example of a Shipper on Deck for those two. Can't blame Alex for being nervous having Hitomi around, especially living in his house! I couldn't help but burst out laughing when Hitomi asked Alex to the 'judge' for her and Kasumi in swimsuits! It was cute how Kasumi was acting so shy around Alex when she came out in that swimsuit, his reaction was great! A definite good trait of hers is having some sound advice for both Alex and Kasumi, heaven knows they needed it. I also wish Hitomi had waited just a bit more to come out of those curtains, Alex and Kasumi almost kissed! Thanks to her the misconception Alex had at the beach has now been cleared away. I find myself rooting for Alex and Kasumi to get closer yet again thanks to Hitomi. Good bit of humor to round it off too.

Only a few errors I noticed, the only ones that are truly noticeable are when 'her' was cut off at 'he' when Kasumi blushed and 'you're' was written as 'your' when Hitomi was describing Kasumi as one of her best friends. Apart from that perfect job!

Wow. Ayane donned the supportive sister role... Who'd a think it'd happen? Kind of an anti climactic kind of resolution, but thinking about their relationship to each other, and Alex's Alex-ness, it can't be helped I guess.

Man, and just by how much does he hate himself anyway? Let the kid inside him who's crying while banging them fists on the bathroom floor out already... why do I feel if Alex was a female from a shoujo mag, this will all make sense? Bet he's going to misunderstand Kasumi and Ryu training, get more depressed and pissed (or just go dead inside, temporarily).

Ugh, I actually agreed with a scumbag character over his analysis of Alex... damn. When will he at least try to get his crap together? But what am I to say? So fa, this is still on the fifteenth chapter! You should get more recognition for this piece that I'm reading, I think so, at least.

Damn, he's driving me nuts! I'll gladly take up Seiji's offer bout' that two-by-four... And in the end she really was just using him to prove her father wrong. "Predictable" "Controllable"? He gon' end as a gloomy, hen-pecked guy... eh, more gloomy than he is right now, until he realizes just what the hell he's yearning for (or admit it). He's not dense, just a bad case of the "hedgehog's dilemma". Who does he think he is, Orimura Ichika?

Hook, line and sinker, Alex. Hook, line and sinker. That bit about being hard to stop caring about someone, well, that depends on how well you got screwed over, for me... or he's contradicting that bit of him not wanting to be a doormat.

Geez, he was to get back with THAT? Well, the reason he couldn't let go must be to the fact that she was the one he unfortunately let past his "armor", so to speak. That with his deep need for... I don't know, understanding? For someone who's really lonely like im's going to latch on to those who they have a "bond" to, no matter how bad they got treated... Is my psychobabble as to Alex's nature. Someone once told me that it's not that life is complicated, we ourselves make it that way.

Take it as a thumbs up for an author if the readers feel something as they read your work.

Heeey, I like this! You really pulled of that Slice of Life, shonen-ish feel..! What with Alex's brooding, and the promise of a few scraps here and there, I'm definitely adding this piece and you, Damon Black on my favorite list!
