That was so SWEET! :)

Really, that was totally cute. Ambrose is actually sympathetic here. Usually I see him personified as distant and cold. But this Ambrose is sweet. And the description of the thoughts being deafening was great. It made perfect sense, and oddly enough, that's a requirement of fiction in almost every case, even fantasy. It seemed like one of those things where you hear it and you go "ah-HA!" because you know right away that that's the way it is. I really like this story. It's so sweet.
