I love this!, never in my wildest dreams could I have thought up anything this imaginative. It's very descriptive and I think you've illustrated her insanity well, i.e the way Alice's train of thought keeps jumping from the heat of the sun to her pain and from the sun to her son(I hope that's what you were going for).

Oh Alice. I wish we caught a glimpse of her before she was tortured.

This is really good. I love how you combined the pretty imagery of the sunshine with the horrible torture stuff.

I'm not sure I understood everything- was she having a flashback to the night she and Frank were tortured, or was it all during that night?
