I really like this pairing and story! Seamus's language and mannerisms are by turns hilarious and heart wrenching, down to the British 'slangs'; I really like his characterisation. It's good that you remember details like Dean's drawing talent, although I felt you could have made his character a little stronger. I would have felt Dean was more a strong, solid type..but that's just a thought, not a complaint!

I love how how you develop all the minor characters in the HP series - the Tonks family, Charlie, etc. I would beg for you to update "House of Mourning", seeing as I really like Charlie Weasley!

thoroughly enjoyed this chapter, you've really brought forward how they feel, and the awkward yet familiar atmosphere adds a level of realness to the storyline.

I had to re-read this chapter many times before I could manage to be sedated enough to write this reply. This has to be one of my all-time favorite Deamus stories. You write them as such intensely -real- people. So many authors forget that boys are, well, boys. They argue, they insult, they fight, and they tend not to understand certain things while understand others right away. I love the way you right them as best friends and as lovers, showing that easy-going relationship of best mates, something they fall into so easily, slowly becoming something more and something each deems fragile but overwhelming. I also love the fact that this whole process of getting them together was a struggle from both of them. Dean trying so hard to figure himself out through Luna and the unnamed boy of his holiday. Seamus trying to reevaluate his life in these new terms that he hadn't ever really thought of before. Each being frightened and not everything running smoothly, but both of them willing to try this new thing.
And I'm rambling like nobody's business, but I must say I adore your story. It was one of the ones that inspired my Daughter Of Mine series.

I was wondering when you were going to update again! But it was worth the wait. I knew Seamus would come (ha) around. Looking forward to more. I'm wondering how their relationship will work out. They've been friends for so long, I'm curious to see how everything will work out.

That was HOT. Their relationship is so masculine (I mean that in a good way)and you write it very well, getting all of Dean's feelings across in a very true but absoloutly gorgeous way. The part about the zebra was pretty funny, by the way. Update soon!

Have I mentioned that I really enjoy this pairing? I do, absolutely. I've always been stuck on the whole 'best friends falling in love' plot. :)
So huzzah for another chapter! I like how they're both hesitant and confidant in what they want, or how to get it. We never really get a good look at either of them in the books (just like most of JKR's fantastic characters), but they fit perfectly with how I imagined Seamus and Dean to be.
