Fenice 2008-10-10 ch 83,	abuseAs usual, your characters depiction are impressive... this Severus still a kid in some way, hapy with his new robes, and already such a cold heart ; Barty looking for a father ; Lucius giving half-blood money when with his other hand he is depriving them from any political power - Or are the Snape estate owners ? and Peter trying to blame everyone except him for the harm done... Very little hope of redemption for anyone, I would say...

L.A.H.H. 2008-10-07 ch 83,	abuseIts fascinating seeing Potions lessons from Snape's point of view, and that it was Julius who he had to exemplify. the bit where Snape stepped out of the shadows - very dramatic! I loved the Lucius part, as always, particularly his thoughts when he was dealing with Arthur. Very good last line. Can't wait for the next update!
prince heinel's girl 2008-10-07 ch 83,	abuseI enjoyed Severus' first day as a teacher. You wrote it very detailed. Can't say I believe Lily would admit Severus is better than her at Potions- in canon, she thinks too much of herself and how she just lectured him... she even thinks she knows better than Bathilda Bagshot! I know you're portraying Peter in this story with a conscience... but I still can't feel much sympathy for him, sorry. Never saw anything concrete in canon that showed he had a conscience- he was just looking out for himself and trying to get good with the biggest bully in the playground, be it Sirius or James or LV. Lucius is generous because Severus is his friend...but does he want anything? Doesn't he give gold, anticipating something in return (at least in canon)... and Severus has a better paying job now.

Now I almost feel sorry for him. -Cringe- Tsk tsk, Lucius; I don't Severus is going to be very happy with you when he finds out you've been going behind his back. :D Write more soon!
Chelsea 2008-10-07 ch 83, anon.	abuseOh my G-d! It's getting so close now! I can't belive you even have me feeling sorry for that prat Peter!! I loved to hate that guy! Oh dear, poor Severus. Adolscence is not a time when we are at our best and I would just die if I had to teach them every single day like that. Yuck! While Lucius means well I find the trust thing very insulting. I know Severus is his best mate and he cares for him but that is like a slap in the face. Severus has a respectable job and I'm certain he could afford to take care of the kiddos. Anyway great update and I am anxiously anticipating the next! Sevvy Huggles! :-)

L.A.H.H. 2008-10-05 ch 82,	abuseNo! No, no, no! Oh mo hogsh (that was oh my gosh, but my typing got a little mixed up) Aah, I'm tense now. And dying for the next update. What an evil cliffhanger, even though we all know what happens. That doesn't mean it's nearly the end of the story, does it? The end distracted me from it, but I wanted to say that that was a great job of showing Peter's thoughts, I kind of actually felt sorry for him, and also a great reasoning for why Snape loves Potions but hates teaching it. And Lucius thinking that Abraxas was suicidal. I hope you write his thoughts when he is being accused of being a Death Eater. Anyway, update sooN!
