I'm sorry, I've been neglecting the KH fandom cause of college and other stuff. And I adore your writing so I'm going through and reading the stuff I've been missing. This one was absolutely beautiful.

i hate that i cried while reading this.
it's not that a lot of your stuff is particularly mushy.

but you've got this way with my heart, that makes me cringe at every harsh syllable, and swoon whenever you describe hands or cheeks, fingers, lips. and i especially cry while reading the dialogue. because nothing will ever hit harder to my heart than words.

what can i say?
i'm in love.

because, you know, sometimes the words we speak are not the ones we want to scream, yell, sing, whisper, say.

i don't think i make any sense.
but maybe you'll get where i'm coming from.

My English teacher this year is an absolute idiot. She turns writing and literature into a sciene it's /awful/. O: I'm seriously considering printing out this story, shoving it under her face and shouting: "HERE! ART!"

I am enjoying dissecting this--

My take on it: Riku has recently died, and the down and puff are his angel wings. In left hand he holds a necklace Kairi made for him?, hanging down toward the earth--toward life--and in the other is the feather, to the right, where axel is waiting in heaven/theafterlife/whereveritisyougo. there is darkness toward where life is, and light toward where death is--i'm going out on a whim here--although I'm not entirely sure why but it paints a gorgeous picture in my head and omgosh I love reading into your fics; they make me read into them.

In the end, Riku drops the necklace and goes with Axel into the afterlife.

And I like how you focused on the necklace throughout. Other people mighta done cliche stuff like breathing or pulse or whatever, but I liked that you chose something so "simple" that meant a lot throughout.
