| Wernie 2008-08-22 ch 7, anon. | abuseYou are flipping awesome. ... I'd write more, but I don't know how to give my thanks for letting a person like me read such a story, with such a well-written, logically put storyline that is has a "this-is-the-realworld" quality to it. Hmm, something like the original fairytales and Disney's "all-is-happysunshinesandrainbows!" movies. Thank you! And keep writing. (: |
| WeirdWitch 2008-08-20 ch 7, | abuseGosh, this story's amazing. Wilbur sure messed thing's up,( even if it wasn't intentional ),and everyone's paying the price yet again. I hope Lewis renews his friendship with Wilbur (and maybe more...), but it'll probably be difficult with the way the situation is. Update soon, I'm on the edge of my seat here! |
| previously known as bird 2008-07-19 ch 7, | abuseH-holy *crap*, but this is intense. D: I realize Disney's version of time-travel logic doesn't work - but THIS IS SO DEPRESSING. UGH. DISNEY WOULD CALL THIS BLASPHEMY. ... which makes it so very interesting to read. :D :D :D But, still. DEPRESSED. |
| Devil Red 2008-06-02 ch 7, anon. | abuseYou know, I can just imagine Atticus having Cornelius use the memory scanner to relay what happened to him, and have it show the events of chap. 1, starting at "The f-future is different than you know, Lewis." That would certainly throw a monkey wrench into the works. Anyway, I hope you update soon! |
| HiBob 2008-03-25 ch 7, | abuseI think you've done a wonderful job, the way you handles the time travel paradoxes. (In the back of my head I hear Chico Marx saying, "Why a pair o' ducks. Why not a pair o' geeses?") |
| lovova 2008-03-22 ch 7, | abuseOh man, I just love this fic so much. What a twist 0.0 I am definatly keeping up with this story, and absulutly -love- you for writing it! Good job, thanks! |
| Kloudy Reignfall 2008-02-08 ch 7, | abuseAw, poor-- well, everyone, really. I think I was going to say Franny first, but Atticus has got it pretty rough too. Lewis is obviously in need of a good amount of pity, but I expected that pretty much from the start. I dunno what I thought was going to happen to Wilbur though; I'm still not sure. Wonder how he's going to handle it, some random guy claiming to be his best friend. They're about the same age now, right? I imagine Wilbur would think of Lewis as being older though, since he grew up looking at him like that. Then again, who knows? (Other than you, of course.) Another thing-- what happened to all the bajillion reviews this thing deserves? Che. Stingy people. Hm. Kinda wish there was more I could do in repayment for these wonderful stories you share with us. Erm, anyway... It's probably too late for me to be rambling so much. I'll try to keep the rest short: Thank you for the update ^_^ and please keep up the good work! I'll be looking forward to the next bit you decide to share with us, whatever it might be. Have a good day! -Eloarei |
| CoriOreo 2008-02-02 ch 1, | abuseOh, MAN, that was intense. It was totally confusing, and the details of what was going on escaped me, but I get the general idea of what's happening. I think. I hope. I'll definitely keep going on this, but for now I think my brain needs a break. Maybe some nicely mindless lemons, what do you think? |
| PolyesterRage 2008-02-01 ch 7, | abuseOh man, this story is brutal! Brutal! For the record I think Atticus is a fine OC, and just the sort that makes me hopeful for OCs. God, I can't get over all of the Lewis-torture. But this is a damn good story, and one that I'm definitely going to keep up with :) And yeah, the time traveling in this movie made my head hurt too (as it normally does in movies that involve time travel). You're doing a hell of a good job making it a bit more sensical and a little less migraine inducing. |
| Krystal Kerro Sky 2008-01-26 ch 7, | abuseOh my...what the heck? None of the questions raised in 6 were answered for me... and now there is a million more piled on top of it. I want to ask for clarification, but my mind is still reeling from this. A few words: You are a flipping AMAZING writer. |
| Krystal Kerro Sky 2008-01-20 ch 6, | abuseYou leave so many questions... and just when you answer them, more creep up and wave a flag. You certainly know how to keep coming back on a regular basis to know what the heck is gonna happen next. You have inspired a few fics of my own, and the resolution to draw; improve my drawing, within the year... mind if I attempt to create this into a comic? |
| lysori 2008-01-15 ch 6, | abuseThis is getting so epic-- finally Lewis/Cornelius wakes up, and the REAL drama begins! I can't wait to see the interaction between the revived Lewis and Wilbur... this is going to be so intense. Please keep updating! |
| Kloudy Reignfall 2008-01-11 ch 6, | abuseAhh, you always leave it just when it's promising to answer ALL my questions! ^^; Oh well. I'm really glad we got to meet Lewis again, although... still so many questions! Guess I'll just have to check back as soon as possible for the next bit. -Eloarei |
| lysori 2008-01-01 ch 5, | abuseAww, with each chapter my empathy for Atticus grows. It's especially sad how we watch him fight over his feelings about wanting be adopted, especially since he seemed so casual about it in previous chapters. Also curious to read about Sara, since we know Atticus will dump her for Franny some other time. Anyway-- I've been checking back here for the past couple days ... I hope you update this again, and soon! And happy new year! |
| Kloudy Reignfall 2008-01-01 ch 4, | abuseYou write an adorable child-Wilbur. ^_^ The line about Carl and meatballs pretty much cemented it. Anyway, I'm currently halfway through chapter 5, but the internet happens to be working for the moment, so I had to take advantage of it to write a review. I felt bad about not being up-to-date with these last few chapters. ...Well, really, I felt deprived for not being able to read them, not having had internet and all. ^^; All I could do was sit around and play "Daxter", which made me wonder continuously if you'd written anything since I'd been gone. I just took a moment to finish reading chapter 5, and I think I like Atticus more and more every chapter. I feel quite bad for him, with how he tries to seperate his job and his desires, even though it feels so hopeless to try to do so. It seems that things will get better for him, but I do wonder how he will feel when Lewis finally wakes up. And will Wilbur remember his role in it all, or has the timestream altered his memory? Eek, time-travel really exercises my brain! I'm very curious about many details of the story, but I know asking you here would be pointless, so I'll refrain. But please update when you can! ^__^ Also, I hope you had a good Christmas and a happy New Year! -Eloarei |
