That really excites me. It's cool. Besides this one, I think I've only ever read one other with a similar idea. (I didn't like it, so I haven't continued to read it, but the idea was pretty interesting.) This was unique though. Definitely a good job.

I think I like your broken form of writing for this sort of emotional one-shot type of writing... thing. Oh, you get what I mean. (I hope.) That was sad. But you know what really gets me/amuses me? I actually did that my first time through. I had begun romancing Kaiden and then chose Ashley to go get (my logic was that I was already heading in her direction, let's keep going). I think I thought that they wouldn't possibly kill someone off so Kaiden would be fine in the end. Well, he wasn't. And I wasn't happy. (So I went back to my latest save and continued with Kaiden being saved instead.) I still have a save after saving the "wrong" soldier, but I haven't gone back and played through it yet. All be damned those who meet that Shepard though... Anyway... good job again.
