Very nice. I especially liked the 'Sirius freaking Black' bit. Also a bit of insight into a character we don't see much, so another five points for you. I would get rid of the slang though ('gonna', 'drug' etc); it ruins the flow of the story.

On that note, I'd like to urge you to check out geo cities rocky_mountain_international . Sans the spaces, of course. They're looking for good writers, and you definitely have the skill set. ;)

No, really, there just aren't enough Sirius Emmeline fics out there-keep up the good work and update! Youd did a very nice job with the tone and the atmosphere-the emotions were very real. Nice job.
