Interesting. A likable original character, realistic student reactions to things, and you've cleverly set it in the next generation with the addition of Scorpio - no mucking around replacing defense teachers or having your main character get distracted by plots we already know the endings to. I just hope you aren't going to go the cliched countercultural way and make all the Gryffindors stupid and unlikeable.

Ah! And great voice, for Ten - you've got him quite in character. Liked the sly Barty Crouch reference, too. And Rose - would that be Ron and Hermione's daughter? Is that the sonic screwdriver she's got? Wonder where she picked up that? ;)
