That was cute! A little fast though considering Sokka wouldn't be over Suki so quickly and Toph wouldn't dare do that for fear of Sokka's reactiuon since he cried over Suki and unknown if Suki is alive but still the possibility she still is... all that was mentioned was a prison.

I am a huge Tokka fan and it's my ultimate fav and though I love all ships Tokka always comes before any other Toph or Sokka pairing.

I think this wouldn't have been good for a one-shot simply because it happened way to quickly. IF you had progressed it, make it seem more real then it would seem believable.

Making them hook up like that after learning Suki's tragic fate seems terribly shallow and so not what these two marvolous characters would ever do.

It was real cute though and a great job for your first Avatar fic! A Toph/Sokka too, ectra points for that.

Ahh and you havce wonderful grammar.

Keep trying, make some more one-shots and get more used to writing the chatacters, you'll see it'll get easier the more you do it.

Try making a chapter Toph/Sokka fic. I'd love to read one please!

This was very sweet and well-written, but it was also unrealistic. I guess that's one reason for fanfiction, though - saying things that wouldn't happen in the show. At any rate, I think you had a good dialogue and potrayed them nicely, especially Toph's feelings toward Suki. Nice job. :)
