In an Naruto AU fanfiction I read, Shikamaru was able to summon cats. Of course, he wasn't able to summon the boss summon of the cat contract, so the cat he summoned didn't listen to him at first. I don't know about Neji or Sai though. I look forward to updates in your stories. |
