As for the chapter, pretty good. I can deal with you not touching on Secret Invasion as I'm sure you have all the major beats of this story planned out so trying to include it would completate things. Yeah Marvel has compltly ** up Spiderman with One More Day and Brand New Day.I dug the conforntation between Kohan and Wolvie, that was good.
On the pairing being SakuNaruHina now scrap that idea keep it NaruSaku and ** Hinata as she doesn't deserve to be with Naruto, its because of her stupidity that the rest of the Konoha 12 are involved in this (although I am curious as to why Sai Kakashi or Yamato aren't there).
Also currently in the manga Naruto has gone to Mt Myouboku to undo Sage training with the toads and has just achived 'Sage Mode' (and it was revealed that during the 2 years he was trianing with Jiraya Itachi vistied him and gave him some of his power, although what this is we don't know), I'm curious if you are going to work these elements into this as it would be kinda funky to have Naruto go into Sage Mode, I also should point out in case your wondering that Naruto's Sage Mode is unique to Jiraya's.
Anyway a good chapter, now take some downtime and come back rested and ready to get back to work because you are one hell of a writer my friend.

Hey man, sorry about your mom. I can't imagine having to go through something like that and I totally respect your choice to take a break from writing. Take as much time as you need, stories aren't nearly as important as family.

As far as Chapter 3 is concerned though, it's coming along quite well indeed. Everyone's finally where they need to be (with the Secret Avengers), the Iron-Jackass is left high and dry (dang, I hate Tony nowadays), Sakura and Hinata are up in arms over who gets Naruto, and more of Doom's sinister plan unfolds. I'm also glad you decided to skip over the Spidey arcs and the Secret Invasion, seeing as they would only screw up the plotline of the story. Well, keep up the good work. I can't wait to see what happens next time, though I am willing to wait as long as is needed. Talk to you later man.

Wow this is one packed chapter, Naruto Sakura nd Spidy Vs Rhino. Goddam Hinata, how can she be so stupid, I don't hate her or anything but I can't see how her team-mates and the othrs are gonna put up with her in this one. Wow, that was a good start. It should be interesting to see how Naruto an Sakura are gonna handle being in New York. Are there gonna be anymore Marvel hero's showing up, maybeyou could have DareDevil Ghost Rider some of the X-men The Fantastic Four maybe Cabel and Deadpool make cameo appearences. It kinda sucked that you abandoned the sequal to Takai Kitsune and deleated it before I could read it, or are you planning to rework it then upload it again? Still no developments on The Crow: Dark Dragon Rising, please don't abandon it I'dreally like tosee you finish it.
