Reading though this I thought at first "right, great, yet another Dib-mourns-for-his-mother fic." Practically stopped breathing when you said he had a hereditary disease. Ack. I agree with you, though, the Zim-Gaz interaction in Bloaties Pizza Hog was fascinating and Gaz-GIR was not to be missed!
