It wasn't stupid because if I was him I would of been thinking the same thing. I laughed when he called himself sexy. It waasn't at all lame besides when he said he was wearing big pointy shoes. It was actually cool. I WANT TO SEE WHAT'S NEXT! To improve maybe you could make him talk more... Formal.
