I don't know if you still come here to read or post, but I just wanted you to know that I thought this story has a great chance. I know I should not have bothered to read it as you stated that you were dropping it but the description got the better of me. I am hopping that as it has been some time you might consider working on it again or even trying one more time with the same idea in mind. I would really love to see how this would have unfolded. I know what it was that had Derek not talking to her! :3 or at least I think I do. Anyway, I'm going to assume that no one back home knows about what happened at the party, although Derek is perceptive and noticed that something's off. Edwin and his girlfriend are cute, and vaguelymature!Derek is so much fun to read. I'm liking Tiffany right now despite myself (I don't want to like her since she breaks poor Sam's heart) and I definitely can't wait for more! update soon?

Yay! Background story! I'm a little bit confused about why Casey wants to move, but I think I get it. At any rate, it's nice to see that Casey and Derek are friends now. =] By the way, you wrote "Don't hit a dear" but I'm assuming you meant "deer"... unless Derek was telling Casey not to hit someone who one cares for. XP Next chapter time!

In an effort to encourage you to update often / soon, I'll review every chapter. :3 I'm doing this because I think this story has a LOT of potential... and it's grammatically correct (which is a huge plus in my book)! I'm glad you posted this again! I really liked this story before and with the 'prologue' of sorts added to the beginning I like it even more.
