A really, really good fiction. The comparison between Lily-James and Harry-Ginny makes a lot of sense in this perspective.
I liked the change Draco underwent, the way the characters had managed to get past their problems and grow up, thier relationships changing with them. the final message about the improtance of family was very significant.
In the end, I liked how you showed that a person who seemed god to date at the age of fifteen isn't necessarily a good one to marry or have a stable and meaningful relationship with.
You are right in saying that Hermione is a character that would challenge her partner to be better than he is, and that is a great thing for somebody who is willing to change, to mature, to compromise, not so much if one wants a wife that stays at home and cooks and cleans all day.
