It will happen.” One of the best lines I've read in fan fiction. Thanks for staying true to the characters and for giving Lindsay a chance to do for him what he's always done for her. I only wish we could see something like this on the show.

Your fics make my day (I read First Fight almost daily) and this brought some much needed DL into the storyline. I think what you achieved so perfectly here is the way in which Lindsay reacted the Danny's tragedy - serenity, strength, and wisdom. The image of her just instantly taking over and taking care of him is not only heart warming but accurate to the characters. I thought I was the only one who didn't expect a display of histrionics between them in this episode. Your story shows how Danny and Lindsay grow closer during tough times. SallyJetson 2008-01-01 ch 1,	abuseI really like the premise of Danny although having regrets about crying in front of Mac, but definitely not wanting to cry in front of Lindsay. The reversal of roles with Lindsay being the supportive one indicates a strong relationship that will persevere.

serenity2bliss 2007-12-31 ch 1,	abuseWhat i love most about this fic is how you manage to mantain the charactersitic of the characters. It makes the story comes alive, and not to mention how we wish we could have this scene on the episode! lol! And you have no idea how appreacite that you mention LIndsay's laughing moment with Flack, and that she may look chippy on the outside, but on the inside, she was worried about Danny, though she didn't quite show it. I know that some people find that uncharacteristic for someone who is in a relationship, but i think Lindsay did the right thing by focusing on her job,instead of looking miserable the rest of the day worrying about Danny.
