I quite liked it...Will, I think, needed a greater presence, but I enjoy Norrington as the captain or, admiral, of the Flying Dutchman.

I sat for quite awhile after reading this trying to come up with a way to put into words what this story is, and the effect it had on me. I am pretty much speechless. I am impressed to say the least. Love the originality and how you packed such feeling into your words. I love the bittersweet tone here. Would love a continuation. :)

This, my dear, is gorgeous. It's so bittersweet and lovely that it works. Poor James! At least he has some end instead of the undignified one they gave him in AWE. I'd love a sequel to him finally breaking his curse, even if it's after Elizabeth is gone. Anyway, lovely, lovely story.
