First things first: there are some (minor, however) mistakes in this fic, mainly tense, some odd transitions and other small thingies; nothing too distracting, though. I think you got Tear just a little too serious, but I suppose it's matter of differing opinions.
You definitely show a talent for writing Jade; you captured his irony perfectly; a fact that deserves my compliment.
Overall, it was pretty clichée, as you yourself remarked at the end, but since that was just what I was expecting, I'm pretty satisfied with this fanfic.

Aw, this is almost fluffy!! This fanfic is so cute, that it's almost fluffy without it really being so. Do you get what I mean? Anyway, I LOVED IT. It was lighthearted, fun, and enjoyable. And unlike many other romantic fanfics I've read, it isn't cheesy. We need more stuff like this.
